Our biggest advantage is that we do not need to involve any other third party or agency to find creative solutions. We go hand in hand with our project managers and vision and execution are combined under one roof. This might save some money for our clients.
Creativity does not automatically mean that you have a huge cost explosion. There are great small budget orientated solutions like a little twist and tweak around the guest flow. What about having all guests entering the room via the stage? Having everyone on the stage and let them be a star for a second? This will change the way the guests feel and react during the event and keep them connected to the content.
If you think about the top 250 managers of some pharmaceutical company, we would not think about a DIY solution or something that does not cost anything. You think about new technologies, meaning VR, AI, visualizations and these will increase your budget.
This was definitely at our biggest event we had this year. We were asked to take care of 10 sponsors at an event for 3.500 guests. These 10 sponsors wanted to have the brightest, boldest, fanciest activation to be recognized by those guests. Our task was to find booths and creative solutions for them within the theme “Berlin Night Life”. This gave us huge freedom and a framework to go crazy and we found solutions that have not been done in Berlin or Europe before. We had giant LED swings, a GIF box, a hipster corner. We created a world full of fun activations with a high social media impact.
I think there is a lot of inspiration waiting for everyone of us outside. You just need to wander around this world with your eyes open. Even on your way home in the metro you can find a creative outfit on someone or an advertisement. Or just in the last book you read. So it is not necessarily linked to our branch and job to get inspired. I think there are a few great newsletters, which help a lot to find ideas which have been done somewhere around this world and you can recycle those ideas. And then always have in mind that there is a company with a company profile behind your client and then it is easy to get the feeling of it (the project) and the direction it will lead you.
