1. APPS INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY
By facilitating seamless interactions with the audience, event applications have made organizing meetings and conferences much easier. These tools let planners view newsfeeds, build agendas, create surveys and upload floor plans. In turn the audience benefits from easy information access, attendee networking and an essentially transparent event experience.
2. EVENT-MARKETING IS EVER MORE IMPORTANT
Marketing events is getting harder. People are busy, there are numerous events taking place every year while great content is being made accessible online. Thus it is imperative that we find a way to break through the noise and reach our target audience, ergo inspire them to come to our events. Thru the means of effective event marketing we manage to connect with our target audience in a more meaningful and personal way. These days this will include live pre-event websites, influence outreach as well as blog- and social media efforts.
3. AI WILL IMPACT THE WAY WE PLAN EVENTS
Drive by modern attendees demanding access to digital experiences that will enhance their face-to-face interactions, AI is going to emerge and fundamentally change the way the events industry operates. From chatbots to face recognition to matchmaking, we’ll soon be able to incorporate advanced technology into our event planning.
