Just a short note to say thank you so much for your hard work on the Novo Nordisk 3917 meeting. We very much appreciated your expert help in identifying external dinner venues and your patience with the budgetary problems we faced!
The airport transfers were handled seamlessly, so thank you to Karina for your help with these and for the instructions you provided prior to the meeting, this meant that all delegates knew how the transfers were arranged and the hostesses at the airport meant that no-one was lost or couldn’t find their driver.
I would be grateful if you could pass our thanks to Felicitas and Nadine for their help. Felicitas was a fantastic help at the venue and we were able to trust her with looking after the sign-in sheets, the Q&A in the meeting room and ensuring that only those wearing the meeting name badges entered the room. It really does help us if we have hostesses that we can rely on and Felicitas and Nadine certainly were a great asset.

This is just a little email to say a really big thank you for all your help and hard work with putting together the activity section and many extra sections at our Global Conference last week.
