450 participants from CIS countries | meeting at Marriott Hotel | Dragonboat activity and gala dinner at Hyatt Hotel with Thomas Anders => at one day! | organisation of social programme for the Abbott common day | logisitics: transfers, hostesses etc.
This was an event full of entertainment and fun. Besides the Dragonboat race the group enjoyed high-class performances of athletes, dancing lessons of a professional Latin dance couple and a great show of Thomas Anders.

This was the year’s highlight in Munich. Parallel to the stated logistics and accommodation service we organized a 4-day programme for 700 Ford sales people.

The complete conceptualization and organization of this outstanding event broadcast live all over the world was in the hands of Conference&Touring. We designed a sophisticated room concept for hosting a series of lectures, live streaming and transmission of the lectures to different countries and simultaneous translation into 7 languages.
